No-Till in Action: Sustainable Soil Management from Bulgarian fields

In August, our partner National Agricultural Advisory Service (NAAS), together with Association of Bulgarian No-Tillers, held a field demonstration in Tsenovo, Ruse region (BG), focused on the benefits of no-till farming— a key practice in soil-conserving agriculture.

The event highlighted practical methods for retaining soil moisture and improving fertility using no-till techniques.

Farmers and experts exchanged experiences on the benefits of reducing soil disturbance, preserving organic matter, and supporting long-term sustainability.
