On 15 September 2025, the Soil-X-Change team met online with representatives of the Italian AKIS.
The meeting consolidated the link between the Soil-X-Change project and the Italian AKIS.
On one hand, it allowed sharing progress on project activities already carried out, such as the collection of best practices, the European survey and the preparation of the dashboard;
on the other hand, it provided valuable updates on the new programming of Operational Groups and on the concrete collaboration opportunities through Innovarurale.
Two priorities emerged for the coming months: increasing participation in dissemination events, supported by the regional mailing list and the Innovarurale portal, and exploiting the possibility of downloading updated data to recruit new Operational Groups into the Italian National Network.
This will strengthen the representativeness and impact of the project, ensuring broader dissemination of results and greater integration into both the national and European agricultural context.
