Exploitation of synergies with other relevant projects and initiatives, and supporting already existing networks is the decisive key to success, thus key element in Soil-X-Change project:
Work with results of completed projects to draw information and best practices;
Collaborate with ongoing projects to incorporate results, organize common webinars;
Utilize existing networks as channels for the dissemination of project material;
Avoid the duplication of effort.

Description: The LIAISON project aims specifically to address the challenge of ‘optimising’ the interactive innovation project approach and the improved delivery of EU policies to speed up innovation in rural areas.
Synergies with Soil-X-Change: Success of Soil-X-Change depends mainly on the effectivenessof the network and Liaison gives some input on how to communicateand which aspects are important for proper dissemination of the results.

Synergies with Soil-X-Change: Soil-X-Change will use the SAH network and platform for dissemination, and will implement its outcomes, best practices and lessons learnt about networking and sustainable agriculture.

Description: FarmDemo aims to enhance peer-to-peer learning between farmers and focus on farm demonstration as a tool to boost innovation uptake.

Description: NEFERTITI created a network of Demonstration Farms across the EU in order to boost peer-to-peer knowledge exchange.
Synergies with Soil-X-Change: Best Practices for onfarm demonstration will be used in Soil-X-Change.

Description: NUTRI-KNOW aims to improve nutrient management practices in agriculture by gathering and sharing knowledge for the benefit of both farmers and the environment. NUTRI-KNOW seeks to capitalise the knowledge of EIP-AGRI OGs in the field of nutrient management through practice-oriented information for farmers and practitioners.
Synergies with Soil-X-Change: Collaboration in cross-fertilisation workshop co-hosted by BBioNets, where they exchange insights, tools, and methodologies to enhance the impact of OGs in areas of improving nutrient use efficiency, regenerative agriculture and sustainable fertilisation.
