25 farmers and other visitors listened to Dr. Lukas Schütz (Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB) Potsdam, Germany) on the expert stage who presented the results of a farmers survey on sustainable soil management.

We could raise awareness of the large implementation gap for especially soil management practices related to landscape elements and livestock and propose recommendations on the need to address the economic challenges and knowledge gaps.

After that the Soil-X-Change dashboard with all collected solutions for innovative soil management was presented: factsheets, practice abstracts, videos and podcasts .

The presentation concluded with a practical example and a presentation by the German OG Mob Grazing (https://www.mob-grazing.de/) which now in their second phase look at opportunities and challenges in grazing of cover crops.
