Work package 1 – Project, financial and consortium management (Lead Beneficiary - INM DIH)

Objectives

This WP is responsible for the design and implementation of the project governance structure that will enable the Soil-X-Change project to be delivered to a high standard. The objective of this WP is to act as the interface between the consortium and the European Commission, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the rules and standards set by the EC and the Competent Authority. Tasks include ensuring proper administrative, technical and financial coordination of the consortium; ensuring consistency between the working groups, including data collection, methodology, analysis and storage; avoiding and neutralizing risks; ensuring ethics and integrity within the consortium.
